Constant Post helps contractors upload job-site media, generate social media posts, schedule content, and review analytics. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect account details, business profile details, uploaded photos/videos, job descriptions, generated captions, social account connection metadata, subscription and usage data, and analytics returned by connected platforms.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the app, generate posts, store media, publish or schedule approved content, manage billing, provide analytics, prevent abuse, and support customers.
Third-Party Services
Constant Post is designed to use Supabase for auth, database, and storage; Stripe for billing; Zernio for social account connection, publishing, and analytics; and AI providers for media analysis and caption generation.
Customer Media
Users are responsible for confirming they have permission to use uploaded media for marketing. Constant Post may flag possible privacy-sensitive content, but users remain responsible for final review and approval.
