These terms govern use of Constant Post. The product is currently being prepared for beta use and these terms should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial launch.
Customer Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of business claims, permission to publish media, compliance with platform policies, and final approval of posts before publishing or auto-posting.
AI-Generated Content
AI drafts may contain errors. Users must review generated captions, hashtags, calls-to-action, and claims before publishing.
Billing And Credits
Paid plans include monthly publishing credits and connected account allowances. Included monthly credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. Purchased add-on credits roll over according to the plan terms shown at purchase.
Service Availability
Publishing and analytics depend on third-party platforms and APIs, including Meta, Zernio, Supabase, Stripe, and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes in third-party services.
